Assisted Living Facilities

The following is a list of Assisted Living Facilities served by Holy Family Catholic Church. All residents are given the opportunity to attend Mass on scheduled days.  Upon request, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion take communion to those who are unable to attend Mass.

Residents also have the opportunity to receive the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick upon request.
